PRODUCTION METHOD
The juniper berries are prepared for the infusion directly in the distillery, using a special mill which allows the berries to be opened without crushing them.
Galbules from the Villa Cordevigo cypresses are then added to the infusion.
Alongside the two main components, a small amount of angelica root, a hint of coriander and a few springs of fresh rosemary are added.

TASTING NOTE
The bouquet is delicate, elegant and complex; on the palate it is pleasant with a slightly bitter finish, probably given by the galbula of the cypress which blends well with the slightly resinous flavour of the juniper berry.
