EXTRA VERGIN OLIVE OIL
Olive trees are grown in Cordevigo estate, in the area of Cavaion Veronese, on the hills surrounding Lake Garda.
Olive varieties are Casaliva, Leccino and Grignano.
After hand picking, in November, olives are cold pressed within 24 hours from the harvest after being washed with room temperature water.
TASTING NOTE
Green colour with straw reflections.
Fruity bouquet with notes of apricot and apple.
Balanced taste with hints of sweet almond.
