GRAPES AND VINIFICATION
Produced with Corvina Veronese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes from vineyards of the Cordevigo estate at Cavaion Veronese,
on the morainic hills of the hinterland of Lake Garda.
After a light drying, Villa Cordevigo Rosso matures in wood casks.

TASTING NOTE
Intense fruity perfumes that are reminiscent of cherries and wild berries (bilberries, dewberries), with faint hints of cacao, prunes and tobacco.
Well-balanced and mouth-filling on the palate, it has gentle, elegant and velvety tannins.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
It goes well with meat dishes (even rather complex and full-flavoured ones):
roasts, grilled red meats, lamb and game.
It is also excellent for accompanying mature cheese.
